Terms of use
Use only character images you own or have permission to animate. Do not impersonate people or make misleading identity claims. Use character artwork, music and videos you own or have permission to use. Obtain permission from the people depicted. Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, sexual exploitation, harassment, or illegal content.
AI outputs may contain visual errors. Review the quoted credits before submitting. A generated scene is charged separately from its dance video. Credit packs are one-time purchases. No recurring subscription is currently sold.
Payments are handled through our shared checkout service and the payment provider shown there. The final checkout identifies its payment method and merchant. Babydoll Dance is independent and is not affiliated with Jamie Miller or TikTok.
AI models and content rules
Dance animation uses Kling 2.6 Motion Control through fal.ai. Optional character and background scene preparation uses Seedream 5 Flash through fal.ai. Character-image screening uses Google Gemma 4 on Cloudflare Workers AI. These providers do not sponsor or endorse Babydoll Dance. Results are AI-generated and must not be presented as authentic footage of a real person.
Do not upload, request, generate or share any of the following:
- Pornography, nudity or sexually explicit/NSFW content.
- Graphic violence, gore, threats or encouragement of harm.
- Hateful or discriminatory content targeting protected groups.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized minors or other content endangering children, including fictional or illustrated depictions.
- Non-consensual or deceptive identity manipulation, impersonation, or misleading claims about another person. Use only your own photo or an image you have permission to animate.
- Content infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights. A reference clip or soundtrack being available online does not grant permission to reuse it.
Screening, reports and enforcement
We screen character/background images and generation instructions before sending a saved generation task to the model. Unsupported or uncertain character images are declined. Automated screening can make mistakes and does not guarantee that an output complies with these rules. Review your results before downloading or sharing them.
Report unsafe content, rights violations or a screening error to support@babydolldance.com with the job ID or relevant link and a description. Do not attach illegal material. We review reports and can warn users, restrict generation, remove content from our storage, or suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. We may act immediately to prevent harm. You may appeal using the same email address.
Failed generation requests return reserved credits. Successfully completed jobs remain charged. If access is terminated, contact support about unused purchased credits; we review refunds under our refund policy and applicable law. We do not automatically forfeit all unused paid credits as a penalty. Removing hosted content cannot recall copies already downloaded or shared elsewhere.
Service availability and responsibility
AI results may contain visual defects, inaccurate motion or unexpected details. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, particular artistic result, uninterrupted availability or a specific completion time. Maintenance, network problems and third-party model outages may interrupt service. No commercial-use licence for third-party artwork, music or reference footage is included with your purchase.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on AI output or by a user's unauthorized use of third-party material. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights to remedies and refunds.
