Privacy policy

We send a transactional email to your account email address when a newly generated video is ready. It links to your signed-in creations and is not a marketing email.

Babydoll Dance processes your sign-in email, uploaded character images and reference videos, generated media, and credit and purchase records to provide the service.

We use our self-hosted Umami analytics to measure page visits and actions such as opening sign-in, selecting a reference, requesting generation, viewing plans, and opening checkout. Analytics includes device/browser, approximate country, referral site, and non-identifying choices such as clip duration. We do not send uploaded media, filenames, email addresses, prompts, login tokens, or payment details to analytics. Query strings and URL fragments are removed; Do Not Track is respected. We do not use session replay on this site.

Media and account records are stored using Cloudflare. Photo and background inputs are checked by Cloudflare Workers AI for supported subjects and unsafe content. Automated checks may make mistakes; uncertain results are declined. Motion reference videos may contain human performers, whose movement and audio guide the animation; the person in your uploaded photo supplies the appearance. Generation instructions, including optional scene and video prompts, are sent to Waffo for prompt safety scanning and checked using Llama Guard on Cloudflare Workers AI. Only instructions allowed by both checks can proceed. Requests stop before generation charges if a check is unavailable, requires review or blocks the instructions. We do not send your uploaded images, email or payment details to the Waffo prompt scanner. Selected media and prompts are sent to fal.ai and the selected model provider when you start generation. Media uses unguessable URLs; anyone with the link can view it. Do not upload sensitive documents.

Reference uploads are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. You can delete completed creations from My creations. Billing and security records may be retained for reconciliation and abuse prevention.
